Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?

A: As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders take about 5 business days to process, plus the shipping time to you.


Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive once it has shipped?

A: Depending on the postal carrier, shipping typically takes about 3-5 business days.


Q: USPS tracking says the package was delivered (to your correct address), but it's not in my mail box or on my porch?

A: With about 98% assurance, your post office still has it or they delivered to one of your neighbors by mistake. You should check both options before contacting us.
